My wife has been thru alot these last two months! 9 surgeries on each of her legs, at first we almost lost her and her legs due to an infection from a crush injury when she was released from Del Sol "las palmas ", As soon as I saw the detail, attention, and the care she was given here at UMC, I knew she was in better hands! Staff needs to get their things together. My wife was given a prescription and the doctor did a mistake he put the date with her DOB year instead of present. The pharmacy at walmart said they couldn't give out a prescription this way. She called the hospital and they advised her that the husband could go get a new prescription just to take the patients ID. My 4 day stay was good!! Had good nurses n staff providing me w alot of information about my care and medication want to Greatly Thank Brandon RN & Danielle MA on 7th Floor......!!
Under the circumstances of being delayed due to my husband falling ill on our vacation I have to say he received excellent attention- security escorted me to my vehicle at night. Everyone very kind.
