Wow family member had day surgery and they said they would call the day before to tell us what time to be there. No call came..the book they gave us at registration is old and obsolete because they kept saying we don't do that. They never called us back to help after postop...we had to go ask 4 times. Wow bad bad bad experience with the administration side of it.. the nurses and doctor were wonderful. .
Pues para mí en lo personal me hicieron cirugía y me encantó ,todos muy amables muy atentos al pendiente del paciente, muy chulos todos empezando por el dr Maldonado es una persona super amable y atento me quedé encantada!!
I was preped for lipotripsy waited 2 almost 3hrs to be told it was cancelled because of no beds I do understand it's a busy hospital it was scheduled since 4weeks ago now I have to see what's going to happen do I go to another hospital or what I can't wait till July 19
Pésimo servicio dure 5 horas esperando k me atendieran y me tube k ir porke todavía me faltaba muchísimo para k me atendieran ya están volviendo al mal servicio k tenían hace unoa años atrás como 7 a 8 años para ser exactos y ya hacia unos 5 o 4 años ya estaba super bien el servicio atendían super rápido y todo el servicio muy bien pero lo k veo k ya volvió al mal servicio k lastima
