Needs to hire department Master Health Administrators to look at QA/PI issues, initiate patient care priorities. The Joint Commission would have a field-day with this place. They called me last week to schedule a day for a procedure, said they would call me back with the time. Never did. I don’t even know what department to go to. When I called to find out, they rudely just told me “we don’t accept call-ins”.
