Worst experience. I waited over 2 hrs just to be checked in. I ended up leaving and going to another hospital which wasn't any better. My point yall wasted all this money to make a bigger waiting room and more rooms just to make people wait longer. Yes it looks better but no improvement as far as the care, waiting, etc. at all. What a waste!
Been sitting in the ER for over 4hrs w my 78 year old father, with no idea what’s going on. The man has been falling several times recently. Totally ridiculous wait time w no information shared.
Took my six month old here they literally looked at him told us to give him Tylenol and sent us on our way. I knew his temp was going back up so I called his doctor and an hour later we went into his doctors office and he tested POSITIVE for the flu! They NEVER even tested him for the flu and his temperature was 103.9 by the time we left and got him to his doctor. I will NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!
Your “hospital” is LAUGHABLE. I came into the ER at 11:30 and I’m still here at almost 5 am !! No one responds quick enough to anything no one has the right answers and y’all take way too much time to do anything. This emergency room is a joke and a god awful one at that. You should not be a trauma center when you have such a clear lack of organization here it is DISGUSTING.

Heck no!!Worse experience I have had at any hospital. My son is in severe pain and is a EMT/firefighter and is about to pass out from pain. They have seen 5 people a head of him in 3 hours. Say there is still 10 more. He would never even come unless it was very serious. They have a horribly ran system and people with real pain should be seen. It could be serious. Emergency Department is by far the worst in Augusta. Two visits and still no answers. Don't bother with the care line, it's just a message to leave your contact information. Extremely dissatisfied!
