THEIR RADIOLOGY (MRI) STAFF NEEDS A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/PATIENT CARE. I'VE BEEN SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GIVE SOMEONE MY REGISTRATION PAPERWORK AND WITHIN THAT TIME THERE'S NO ONE AT THE SO CALLED RECEPTION DESK.....I GIVE 0 (ZERO) STARS FOR THEIR PISS POOR SERVICE.

some nurses bedside manners are the worst, thier promptness on the 5th floor sucks,you have a better chance of the undertaker coming BEFORE your nurse do. The nurses either look like they are going to the club strip,others look like they just left Chuck E cheese (16-17),last but not least you don't know if son a man or a woman then have the gall to be stuck up, the only thing professional hete is that they wear scrubs,and some actually care, not many maybe 4. RecommendedStayed at University for overnight treatment and Ill have to say I was very happy with the service and care was amazing I felt like I was in a 5 star resort
I managed to sprain my ankle just sitting and waiting for my dad who was having a cardiac catheterization. There was a really sweet guy named Carlton who worked there and he was off of work trying to go home and he volunteered to push me in a wheelchair up the hill to the top parking lot in the Cardiovascular building. Then, a truck had parked too closely and he kindly backed my car out so I could get in! I hope they give him cookies, hugs, Starbucks and a raise- or, at least, some recognition! Thanks, Carlton!
I had a bad experience today.. Some of the nurse's on staff were not professional. They should not be nurse's. Also when I had gotten in my car one of the nurse's had gotten off work and she sat in her Altima and watched me while I was on the phone as if I was a criminal. No, some of you were the criminals today. Justice will always prevails. You can not mistreat people and get away with it.
I love University Hospital
very long wait, facility not the cleanest either.
