RecommendedNo one ever wants to hear that they need surgery. When you receive that news, you will want Dr. Kramer and his team as your provider. He has an excellent bedside manner, is professional and caring, explains everything and takes the time to answer your questions. The follow-up care is also wonderful with this office.

I have been going her for years, w/no issues. I saw the previous doctor, Julie Braddy-Roberts then the NP. When they both left and the NP was replaced w/Amy, I was so happy. Amy was great and I loved seeing her. I've never felt so at ease. She recently left and I had to see some else. It really does something to you when you try to tell this new person what you are experiencing and they instead bring up your previous mental health and tell you maybe your pain is all in your head. Why is your billing department so rude? Do you not feel compassion towards others? Are you an absolute psycho? Then the Piedmont billing department is perfect job for you.
Don’t go to Rockdale if ur having a miscarriage they wont do anything to help you. They gave me over the counter Tylenol for pain and wouldn’t give me a dnc like I requested. So 2 days from the date I went I’m in Tremendous pain!
RecommendedI delivered my baby boy Ripp there in July and the entire staff was amazing. They really treated us like we were celebrities or someone special. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. I’d previously used their ER for my daughter and they were also great! They had us in and out of the ER in less than an hour.

My father was admitted after having a heart attack. He was bed ridden since he was labeled a fall risk. The CNA came in to tel him he needed to bathe himself for his procedure. They changed all of his cardiac medications without consulting his cardiologist or electrophysiologist. He is scheduled to have a watchman inserted at Emory. Changing his meds can cause him to clot, go back into AFIB etc.. I spoke with multiple nurses but they were of no help.
