Please re-evaluate your emergency room process. NO ONE should have to wait 5+ hours to be seen especially when they came in via ambulance. This is ur current situation. There is a man here now who has been here much longer than we have and he has a blanket lying on the floor. This is not efficient. I may leave another review if the male nurse with the nasty tone comes back out here and snaps at that lady again for asking what’s taking so long for her care. Unbelievable. Inefficient.

University Hospital ER is the absolute worst... Not sure who is in charge but they won’t be having a job much longer if this continues!!! Unprofessional and general lack of care ... Sad day when someone is in health care but does have the heart or compassion needed!!!
