Recently had an unexpected visit to the ER while traveling out of state and received excellent service. Staff was friendly and thorough. Thank you.
I actually work at University and the RNs, Dr.'s, PCAs, housekeeping, LPNs, etc. are the best staff I could see daily ...they go above and beyond for their patients ..they work very hard sometimes not even getting breaks until almost their last hours of a shift.. no one will ever know the life they live until they are in their daily shoes they wear. Let's praise and thank them for their awesome work they do for the community and patients..
The doctors and nurses at the outpatient clinic, as well as the staff, are great. However, their bill pay system is abysmal. I can't pay for my kids' procedures online, and the automated system they have took about a dozen tries before it accepted the guarantor ID and last four of the sponsor ID for one child, but it still hasn't for my second. I've been over a half hour trying to pay my freaking bills. Infuriating! If I have a coronary because of paying these bills, I'm not going to University Hospital to be taken care of, ... read more
The manager of 10 Ns Daniel ciccio was arrested for battery against a child, just 3 months ago and is still managing the unit. What does this really tell you about this facility?
Today is VERY Poor. I don't think a 1 should be on the board! THE STAFF needs to do better on night today. I'll give Dr. Ahmed and the registration team a A plus. I can't say about the back team cause I'm still here up front. It's a shame some of these workers don't care about their jobs. SMH
