My sister went to hospital last night, she is uninsured. They refused to do any tests on her mri/ct scan. Sent her on her way with 3 prescriptions and told her she can not afford mri or ct scan because she is unemployed. She could barely walk between back and leg pain.
This hospital is very disgusting and treated my mother very wrong while she was sitting for 5 hours waiting for help crying about pain after she collapsed before going to this hospital, this hospital needs to be shut down, not to mention the disrespectful charge nurse Rachel that hung up in my face after getting smart with me and also not to mention how they are letting people use the bathroom outside of the hospital and it smells really bad and rank outside and they are watching people do it and my baby niece had to walk th... read more
I took my wife to the ER this morning because she is in DKA with diabetes. They would not let me go in the waiting room with her so I sat in the parking lot and communicated by text. My wife was in major pain, having a hard time breathing, about to pass out and vomiting. After 25 mins in the Er and no attention even after I called them and she asked for the nurse supervisor we decided to leave and go to Newton. Waited 8 hours with chest pain. Never saw a doctor. Only one nurse doing triage while complaining after every patient. Ran out of wheel chairs for the older patients. Never again
went in at 11 a.m. complaining of chest pains. they confirmed that yes I do have high blood pressure and then sent me in the waiting room for 4 hours. I'm going somewhere I can get real help

RecommendedI found Dr. Kramer and his staff to be nothing less than fantastic. From day 1, Dr. Kramer was a professional who took time to inform you of what he saw and what he felt would address the situation. On surgery day, he was a calming influence to my wife, taking time to explain how well the surgery went and answering the questions posed to him. His staff is an equally professional group who follow his lead! I will not hesitate to return to him if every there is a need for his services!
