If I could give it less than 1 star I definitely would. TERRIBLE experience. University hospital ER has went down heal TERRIBLY. We were there for at least 3 hours and they couldn't tell us anything about how long we were going to be waiting, only that there were 8 people in front of us but "the rooms were clearing out so things should be moving faster" for another hour to go by with ZERO names called. Great staff! I had a great Doctor named Dr.Allen,who took my Gallbladder out. Everyone was very friendly and took care of me wonderfully.
Waited 2.5 hrs in ER. Triage level 3. They were busy. They did ok, however their human interaction level was poor. Once I got taken back, the care level was excellent.
I'm not in pain anymore thanks to my Rheumatologist
This was our second trip in this hospital in 8 mos. Both times we were on the 8th floor. We have always had excellent nurses and Personal Care Attendent. To do this job, you not only have to have sympathy for the person in need, but empathy for that person as well. Understand how they must feel. 8th floor exceeded both areas.
Well I was there for many hours. The wait times are horrid. The PA that saw me didn't seem to care too much about anything or anyone. I was told they were gonna do a ultrasound and they never did. I'm not sure why they would say they are going to do something to try and find out what's going on but yet don't do it.
