The waiting room time. I've been here in since 7:30 and it's now 1:08 am. not sure what this chest pain is but it hurts like hmmm hell. I hope I dont die waiting .......never will I ever set foot in this non caring place. Patients are last around here.
I went in last night having an asthma attack. A pretty awful one. The staff in the ER were extremely on point. They fixed me up and quickly. And the politest staff I have seen in over a decade! I highly recommend for emergencies.
Absolutely not. They are unprofessional and unorganized! Always on their cellphones and never answering questions correctly.
Trash. Had my mom sitting waiting for over 9 hours. She’s literally been here since 11am and we’re still here at almost 10:00 tonight. This is ridiculous. All she needed was a doctors note for work. She’s not even sick enough to still be in here and they are not attending to her as should so that we can be well on our way. 😡 never coming back.
my grandmother is in room 1005 and the trash hasn't been taken out all day.plus on top of that, the nurses are rude and she's been waiting to get an MRI all day.
RecommendedThe Doctors, Nurses and Staff are kind, caring and professional. I appreciate all that was done in the care of my family member. Words cannot express how much I appreciate everyone and every act of kindness given to the person who needed healing and the family members visiting.
When a person goes to an emergency room with chest pain and shortness of breath, it generally constitutes an EMERGENCY. After 6hrs of sitting in the ER, I left. very disappointed. Do better or someone is gonna die in your waiting room.
I had my gaul bladder removed back in 2018 I had the best care
University Hospital has been a great institution in the Augusta area for many years. We should all be thankful for the good healthcare, great doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals.
