My experience with my special needs sister was not great at all. We get nothing contradicting answers. She was rushed by ambulance for heart , pressure and sugar problems and everyone comes in and gives us different answers. I had a hysterectomy on July 25. The entire staff were professional and welcoming. Very compassionate. I had to return the weekend after due to infection which led to hemorrhaging. Once again everyone was amazing on the 4th and 3rd floors. From house keeping, food services, nursing staff, everyone we came in contact with were amazing. Lesley, Chika, Barbara, Christy, Tarah, Monica....I wish I could remember everyone’s name. Dr Eldick especially!! They all saved my life.
came by ambulance with chest pain, was in ER for 2hrs before Dr came in. in the ER, the reception/nurse was VERY RUDE to my pregnant daughter on 2 different times. just one nurse named Sabrina , (I was in 403.) was thoughtful (got me lunch when dietary did not bring it , oh because y didn't have me listed in a room. all others were nonchalant in answering calls, Dr on duty said nothing wrong go home, lwill not advise anyone to University hospital.
I’m here in the ER for severe pain on the left side of my head & I HAVE YET to be called.. I’ve been in the lobby since 3:45 a.m. Everyone seems to be clueless as to why it’s taking ridiculously long. Never again will I come back here.
The lack of care from the doctor that was on duty and the nursing staff. Will not go there again that is for sure!
0 stars yall suck 6 hrs .
And yet nothing is wrong with me just several blockages take aspirin. The doctors do not care and are very unprofessional.
