It's touch and go there. It truly depends on what department and the people you're dealing with. I've had good experiences and awful ones. I've had people know exactly what they're doing and are kind and respectful and then I've had the exact opposite. I think they have the potential to be amazing instead of just good and I hope they love up to that potential. I've been really impressed with the new building. They've always been kind, polite, and attentive over there.
I took my son here because he got his arm caught in a conveyer belt at menards. It was a Sunday there was no wait at all and the doctor Sherri Stibinski was very professional gentle caring with Gavin who's 8 and informative about aftercare. The hospital is beautiful and we had a great first impression and experience! Keep up the good work
Good friend waited for 30 mins with IV infusion in, only to discover his nurse had attached him to wrong IV bag....ridiculous
Awful, Awful hospital!! This hospital has misdiagnosed more people than any other hospital. I would never step foot in this hospital again!!!
