My mother was seen at the ER and released with "no broken bones" according to the attending staff. I had to send her back right away due to the extreme pain she was having. They then discovered a broken neck, sternum and ribs... she said they treated her horrible and wants to be left at home to die rather than having to go back to a place like that again. She was in the er, icu then on the 2nd floor.

Went to Urgent care. Great Doctor. Fantastic Nurse (Theresa). I was positive for Influenza A but as a Nurse I can truly say they had great patient centered care.

I understand that critical pt's will be attended to first. That's the way it should be,, but when there are so many pt's critical in the ER THEN They should CALL IN other Dr.s & RN's to help with the othe non critical pt's so they don't have to stay there almost 7 1/2 hours.!! That is ridiculous! And infair to the ones who are waiting patiently.
