The papers from the er from last night said to bring mom back up if her temperature go's up. So I did. Sat in the waiting room for almost 3 hours. Got taken back to a room and sat there for 40 minutes. (Mom was sleeping) And no one came and seen her. Mom said f-it I can sleep at home so we left. She's has an appointment at 11 already with her regular doctor. What a joke!

I would give this hospital 0 stars. The social worker was never available, the caregivers were rude, we were told many different stories as to when my mother would be placed in a nursing home for rehabilitation, and the rehab team dropped my mother, twice. This isn't the first time dealing with hospital but it will be the last time I allow my family to be admitted there. I will take this further.

This hospital doesn't really care for the people we care about... Lack of communication between nurses and the doctors. Nurses lie to the patient. Nurses don't pay attention to when they are supposed to do things for the patient. And the wait time for the nurses after you call..... Good f***ing luck. It takes them over an hour to get to where they were called to. If you can't make it have someone else go for you. Holy f***!
