it has been two hrs since my sister came out of surgery and they still have not called us back and the people we have came in contact with are very rude. right down to the kitchen staff..
overall BEST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN COMES FROM ST LUKES! I love your staff and your patience you have. the only complaint is I tried telling nurses my roommate had a history of opiod addiction and they still have her fentanyl and morphine

My son came in with a bruised ankle and alot of pain. After X-rays they said nothing was broken. Two days later we go to mercy in Newton and upon further reviews of the X-rays he had 4 broken toes. Now I've experienced alot of bad things with this place. Over billing, mid diagnosis of throat cancer, horrible care from the ER doctors to the nursing staff. We have moved all of our care needs to Newton and couldn't be happier. Seriously, how do you miss broken bones when you go in complaining of pain and all the bruising.
One of their employees came into my Facebook harassing me, body shaming me, and threatening me thinking I was talking about her in a post, which I was not. They need to vet their employees better.

I came to the ER with the same abdominal pain I had been previously seen at this facility for. They give bare minimum care if you are not considered an emergency case. No referral to see a specialist, no pain relief, no help. Was told I was unable to see a family physician the same day because the ER had already filled on my insurance. Was told I'd have to wait 5 days in pain before I could see one of their family physicians. Was prescribed a drug which didn't help the last time this happened.
