I am strictly being nice here and mainly bc my 9 yr old daughter was treated with compassion but our nurse. Other then that this "hospital" er is a joke.
My grandmother has been seeing the wound healing center... I am truly amazed at the knowledge and professionalism of the staff in this department! They were all so kind and compassionate, very good at explaining things and her wounds are almost healed completely. We are a blessed community to have this service available!! Great job wound healing center staff!!! I want to encourage any person in this community that has had a stubborn wound that doesn't seem to be healing, see them for a consult! They do amazing things there!!
I was rushed in for a Blood Patch,following a Myelogram 2 days prior. The staff was amazing! I felt very comfortable and the dr and his assistant came in quick assessed the situation and fixed me up quick! Very pleased!!
Got in and out without the usual long wait you get at most doctors offices. I hope this place sticks around.
I'm done with Marshalltown hospital. I have met my deductable yet my appointment is tomorrow and they are already asking for money ahead of time. No other hospital has ever pulled this crap. Too pushy before I even have been to the appointment.
