Sitting in waiting room minding my own and some guy working on computer's decided he was going to be rude to me because he was having a bad day. Like I really needed that with my already hurt neck.
Thank you ER staff; Dr. VanGundy, nurse Connie, EMT Jim and ALL the others whose names I didn't have time to note. The care that everyone provided for our family visit today was wonderful and all is well. Blessed to have you all.
The receptionist is very rude and always has a ugly attitude. In person and through the phone. You guys need a new receptionist less of a b****.
Not a great experience at all. People just taking up time and space
Rude OBGYN nurses over the phone and rude receptionists. They also want you to wait almost 2 months to get in after finding out you're pregnant (I would have been nearing the end of my first trimester by then). Their ER doctors have no clue what they are doing with pregnant women. Now they want a $200 deposit for an MRI and we are in-network and network savings isnt even applied to that? Why would you need a $200 deposit?? I havent seen this after calling around anywhere else. Way to treat your Wellmark customers. After all ... read more
