HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! In the las 2 days I have been on hold for 21/2 hours and still counting with Briova. My prescription has been authorized by my medical and the pharmacy is still telling me that it is not. I have even given them the auth # and dates for the approval and they still are saying no. They will not listen to you and they as I'm typing this are telling me again that the it is not authorized. I'm ready to pull out my hair. I need my medicine and they are unwilling to help.
Unbelievable horrific experience dealing with Briova. I have been on the phone for close to one hour waiting for resolution and confirmation that my prescription will be shipped to my doctor's office today in order to arrive in time for my appointment tomorrow. Mind you, this has been going on since Nov. 8! I have called Briova 6 times trying to get resolution, and on Friday, 11/15 they assured me the medication would be shipped overnight and arrive by today. I have dealt with this horrible specialty pharmacy for two months. They have outdated patient information. They have my minor son listed as the policy owner. I get no less twenty calls from the company each time its time for me to refill and each time they can't verify me because they have the wrong address and thinks that my son is the policy owner and resultantly cant get timely prescription delivery. Lousy company. I had emergency surgery due to an occluded gastric lap band. The surgery was required and yet they denied my claim and left me with 40,000$ in medical bills. I may never be able to buy a home now or get this debt paid.
Stay away if you depend on your medications to stay alive!
Worst pharmacy ever. Customer service does not document any not of the phone conversations. Pharmacy does not fill medications in a timely fashion. Pharmacy has charged my insurance for medications I have never gotten. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs if you care about your health.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I feel like we are being robbed! We started with coverage thru a new company plan UHC/Optum RX in Dec 2018. Our previous insurance processed prescriptions and office visits in error Dec 2018 through March 2019. Horrible company, holds you hostage. Says you can cancel your plan at any point then says you have to keep it for a year. Nearly impossible to get away from them without them filing a collection to your credit score, even if you pay what they say is due. Can't wait until they leave me alone. They are very dishonest and secretive, nearly impossible to talk to someone. They'll just put you on hold until you can't take it anymore. Should be put out of business.

When I try to order my medications, they cannot tell me the price until after I have ordered and paid. This company is corrupt and does not care one bit about providing a medical service - only that they make as much money for their crooked CEO, John P****** I would give 0 stars if it were a choice.
