Terrible pharmacy! So hard to get my son's medicine through them (transplant medication) and they always seem to have a problem with getting the order correct, or shipped out, or authorized when it's already been previously authorized. Every phone call takes ar least an hour with them trying to figure out why I'm having problems and it's always on their end. If my husbands insurance didn't require us to use this pharmacy, I would NEVER use them again and I definitely DONT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY

I am forced to use this pharmacy to get my prescription filled because I can’t get it filled at another pharmacy but they don’t really fill the order (are they really in business? Read these reviews). They just keep me on hold for an hour, then tell me they will ship it to my neurologist’s office, I wait a couple days, no shipment, I call back, prescription is pending, they put me on hold for an hour, they say they will ship it.....this has been happening since 11/15 (it’s 12/3-dr office was supposed to have it today-again)I... read more

AVOID BRIOVA!! Every month we call about a week ahead to order our medication and it always gets delayed. They give us a date the medication will come and then on that day we don't get it. When we call we always get an excuse! This time the excuse was that the shipping facility they picked did not have the mediation in stock. When we asked them to ship it the next day they couldn't because it is a Friday and the earliest shipment won't come until Tuesday. Totally dysfunctional customer relations. I subscribe to UHC via the State of AZ & was looking to make a change in my plans from HMO to PPO. I called customer service to request a copy of their providers for the 2020 PPO plan & was told it would take between 7-10 days to receive. I wanted this list to insure whether or not my present Drs. were part of the PPO plan. Two weeks later(11/16) I called again to explain I had not received my copy of the provider list. Too disorganized to be resposible for people's health. My doctor sent a prescription four times for a medication they have already been filling for over a year. They say they have no record of receiving the prescription. Every phone call has an average wait time of one hour plus and no automated system to release the medication. Every visit to the app yields an "Oops, there was an error, please contact customer support" message. After 3 weeks of going without medication I must take every day, 4 phone calls of at least 2 hour... read more

Horrible! Fight with them each month to get my life saving medication due to a coding error on their part. They don't care and only respond with an attorney's involvement.

i Called for my refill on Friday and was told it would be here Tuesday November 26th. I called 4 times last night because I hadn’t received it. The 3rd person I spoke with said it went out next day air and would be here by 8 pm. At 805 I called back and asked For them to track it. The guy said it went out next day air and it is on the truck but ups hasn’t given them a tracking number. I said you are telling me they didn’t give you a tracking number as soon as it left your facility and he said no and he still doesn’t have one... read more
