I signed up for an insurance policy with them indicating 9/1/2019 as the start date. I was told that I would have a free look period until 9/30/2019. I called on 9/10/2019 to tell them I needed to cancel the policy because my wife and children weren't in the United States yet. Surprise! They had no record of me in their system. Terrible customer service - website difficult to use. Had to send them the power of attorney 3 times before they admitted they received it and would eat with me speaking for my mother. They mailed 3 months worth of Rivistignine patches - approximately $400. I told them MD had taken my mother off the patch. Rep said he would mail me a return envelope so I could return them since the boxes were never opened & I would receive a refund. Website fails to allow access to view EOB's 90% of the time. Requires change of password everytime (my password has changes over 5 times in the past few months. I have also had issues with UMR paying the portion leaving me to front the bill. Have never encountered a healthcare insurance issues as poor as this. Also after my last review was contacted by a UMR representative, when I reached out in response I never heard back from them.
They are an insurance provider for Medicaid Managed CarePlans and I don’t recommend going to them at all their social media person that you sometimes get can be rude and argue and make false statements. I’m glad I’m going to a better insurance next month.
Absolutely horrible insurance company, they claim that they don’t cover any ER visits or Doctors Office visits because they are “pre- existing conditions “. Exactly what do you get for the 600$ a month ? A ****** little card with their name and logo .
My account was hacked and wiped out. This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and they have refused unlock my account for a month. They put a provisional credit in the account but locked the account so I had no access to it. I have spent countless hours on the phone answering their security questions just to have them tell me that it is up to the fraud department to unlock the account. Frustrated that this is the only pharmacy I am allowed to use for my "special" medicine per United Healthcare AllSavers insurance. It has been almost a year since I have been taking this medication and never fails that when I have to place my monthly refill, something usually goes wrong. For instance, on 2 occasions I received my 4 vials, but the pharmacy failed to send me the syringes ("the patient advocate forgot to include this in the order"). So I had to wait another 24 hours before being able to administer the medicine.... read more
Somehow I have been added their mailing list. I have contacted the number provided asking to be removed. However they are asking for personal information such as DOB, SS and other information. I have never done business with them so there should not be any need for this. They state its HIPAA policies but that is only for records on patient information and has nothing to do with a mailing list.
