Too disorganized to be resposible for people's health. My doctor sent a prescription four times for a medication they have already been filling for over a year. They say they have no record of receiving the prescription. Every phone call has an average wait time of one hour plus and no automated system to release the medication. Every visit to the app yields an "Oops, there was an error, please contact customer support" message. After 3 weeks of going without medication I must take every day, 4 phone calls of at least 2 hour... read more

Totally dysfunctional customer relations. I subscribe to UHC via the State of AZ & was looking to make a change in my plans from HMO to PPO. I called customer service to request a copy of their providers for the 2020 PPO plan & was told it would take between 7-10 days to receive. I wanted this list to insure whether or not my present Drs. were part of the PPO plan. Two weeks later(11/16) I called again to explain I had not received my copy of the provider list. AVOID BRIOVA!! Every month we call about a week ahead to order our medication and it always gets delayed. They give us a date the medication will come and then on that day we don't get it. When we call we always get an excuse! This time the excuse was that the shipping facility they picked did not have the mediation in stock. When we asked them to ship it the next day they couldn't because it is a Friday and the earliest shipment won't come until Tuesday. Horrible! Fight with them each month to get my life saving medication due to a coding error on their part. They don't care and only respond with an attorney's involvement.

i Called for my refill on Friday and was told it would be here Tuesday November 26th. I called 4 times last night because I hadn’t received it. The 3rd person I spoke with said it went out next day air and would be here by 8 pm. At 805 I called back and asked For them to track it. The guy said it went out next day air and it is on the truck but ups hasn’t given them a tracking number. I said you are telling me they didn’t give you a tracking number as soon as it left your facility and he said no and he still doesn’t have one... read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! In the las 2 days I have been on hold for 21/2 hours and still counting with Briova. My prescription has been authorized by my medical and the pharmacy is still telling me that it is not. I have even given them the auth # and dates for the approval and they still are saying no. They will not listen to you and they as I'm typing this are telling me again that the it is not authorized. I'm ready to pull out my hair. I need my medicine and they are unwilling to help.

Unbelievable horrific experience dealing with Briova. I have been on the phone for close to one hour waiting for resolution and confirmation that my prescription will be shipped to my doctor's office today in order to arrive in time for my appointment tomorrow. Mind you, this has been going on since Nov. 8! I have called Briova 6 times trying to get resolution, and on Friday, 11/15 they assured me the medication would be shipped overnight and arrive by today. I think they are stealing people's money they have all these different things that they tell you can give you absolutely no coverage even when you pay out of pocket I paid them about 54 dollars month and get no coverage when I was billed from the hospital I called my the hospital they said they tried to Bill my insurance golden rule known as also a unitedhealthcare company they are just taking peoples money and not paying anything I think it's high time that a major class action suite against them happens so that everyone ca... read more

I have dealt with this horrible specialty pharmacy for two months. They have outdated patient information. They have my minor son listed as the policy owner. I get no less twenty calls from the company each time its time for me to refill and each time they can't verify me because they have the wrong address and thinks that my son is the policy owner and resultantly cant get timely prescription delivery.
