Lousy company. I had emergency surgery due to an occluded gastric lap band. The surgery was required and yet they denied my claim and left me with 40,000$ in medical bills. I may never be able to buy a home now or get this debt paid.

Worst pharmacy ever! Hours upon hours on the phone - even our son’s doctor is beyond exasperated. No answers, out of stock excuses, no follow up, missing shipments, no one ever knows what’s going on. If I could charge them my hourly rate as a consultant, I’d be living on a beach right now. The worst is that they speak to us as if we are annoying them. I could go on and on since I’ve been on the phone with them (right now) for the past hour, but I should probably do 100 other things while I wait...for probably a non answer

I was told by Spectera (United Health Care vision) that I could go to Kings Highway vision center to get full service. When I went there and got my exam I was then told that they were a General Vision Store and could not provide full service and would refund me the $10 copay I paid for the exam. I called Spectera regarding this issue and spoke to someone name Justin who I explained the issues and he provided me with another place to go and I had similar problems. Worst pharmacy ever. Customer service does not document any not of the phone conversations. Pharmacy does not fill medications in a timely fashion. Pharmacy has charged my insurance for medications I have never gotten. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs if you care about your health.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I feel like we are being robbed! We started with coverage thru a new company plan UHC/Optum RX in Dec 2018. Our previous insurance processed prescriptions and office visits in error Dec 2018 through March 2019. We have been trying since July 2019 to correct this (we were notified by a collection company representing BCBS/Express scripts our previous insurance company that after an internal audit we had an outstanding balance) and have payments made by Optum RX back to BCBS/Express Scripts to c... read more

Horrible company, holds you hostage. Says you can cancel your plan at any point then says you have to keep it for a year. Nearly impossible to get away from them without them filing a collection to your credit score, even if you pay what they say is due. Can't wait until they leave me alone. They are very dishonest and secretive, nearly impossible to talk to someone. They'll just put you on hold until you can't take it anymore. Should be put out of business.

When I try to order my medications, they cannot tell me the price until after I have ordered and paid. This company is corrupt and does not care one bit about providing a medical service - only that they make as much money for their crooked CEO, John P****** I would give 0 stars if it were a choice.

I have payed this company a 120 dollars a week for the past 2 years. Literally never used them. Today I needed a prescription for an inhaler for my daughter. Went to the pharmacy. They told me United health care was denieing it because they were not the primary insurance for the children. My children literally have no insurance but United health care. They said there was a change to the account. In August. Saying the children had other insurance. And that it would be the primary. I did not authorize it. So who did? Sooo afte... read more
