Every site that rates Briova RX gives an average of 1 star. Most people would give 0 stars if possible. Need I say more? We have been waiting for a week for a life saving cancer medication; we have been put on hold, been told daily that it will arrive the next day, "dropped" (aka hung up on) seven times, given a tracking number that leads to nothing, assured it is on the truck, basically been lied to. I got this insurance because I am a WTC survivor (9/11). I constantly have trouble with it. Although I have been granted insurance for mental health issues (PTSD) I have never once successfully been able to get on dime. My doctor still charges me the deductible because he has submitted bills and never heard anything back. He says he called the provider hotline, but no calls were ever returned. Same with medication. LHI was supposed to pay the deductible since it is secondary insurance. But they have never paid anything. I sp... read more

At first they threatened not to cover my refills unless I used their mail order service. I like my pharmacy and they are nice people in my neighborhood. OK I get it it might be more cost effective to do mail order so I go along. Then the crap happens. I have diabetes and my medication at 750mg was pretty cheap to refill with optimrx for a 3 month supply, something on the order of less than $20. My doctor increased my dose to 1000mg, a 33% increase in my dose because my numbers were going up. At first they refused to fill the... read more

This place is the worthless! You can't get an appointment at any reasonable amount of time. The phone wait is always 45 minutes to an hour. The doctors dont care about you, they herd you in and push you out of the office. The lady that check you out never smiles or says "hello" to anyone. So you left there wondering if you should go up to her window or not, but don't get it wrong or you will get glared at like you should know and are about to be killed by her.

Today I phoned UHC/United Health One Golden Rule, a policy I just signed up for to update my payment method. The first lady was nice, updated the payment. Then proceeded to tell me that though the policy start date remained the same, the illness waiting period was 6 days out though injury coverage began immediately (still charged same rate even without illness coverage apparently). Unfortunately my experience is no different than the others on this site. I allegedly have a past due balance with BriovaRX but cannot get an itemized statement. I have spend way too many hours on hold and getting transferred and still on hold with no answers or results to spend any more minutes of my life with these idiots. Absolute worse. How is this business even operating? I’ve been trying to get reimbursed by Optum Bank now for over a month. They were supposed to send me my commuter transportation voucher in April for my May monthly transit – I never received it. I’ve had numerous emails and phone calls with them. I called Briova Specialty Pharmacy to check on an order status for my benlysta infusion medication. I was informed the medication was put on a hold because of a past due payment in March. I explained to the representative that I have reached my total out of pocket maximum for the year and the medication that was order for May should be covered 100 percent through my insurance provider.
