I got a quote from this company and canceled within 30 days. I just found out they never canceled the vision and dental portion and have been charging me for the last 10 months. Faxed the appeals department which ironically cannot accept any incoming calls and no one will call me back. It's been over 90 days. Total scam.
Terrible customer service. They send messages through an encrypted service (need to register with a second company to read), even for messages with ZERO private information. Trying to close an HSA account and they say it will take three weeks! That is ridiculous in this digital age. I read that they delay the process to hold the money longer. Oh, but the way, the interest rate they pay is 1/10th of the rate at my new bank.

United healthcare is the worst insurance company. For Medicare part D prescription drug plans they denied people for picking up their prescriptions and they don’t honor their extra help letters from Social Security. They try to charge people that don’t have a co-pay for prescriptions and they have the worst customer service

I continually try and get a balance from Optum but they NEVER respond. Then they sent me to a collection agency. I have to send the same email back to back 5-7 times but still no response. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

This company is refusing to refill my script I’ve been on for many years. I’ve done my due diligence and it comes down to their greed. I will do everything I can in my power to express to the company I work for that they need to switch pharmacy companies. I just paid $328 for a one month script because this company is useless! Very disappointed!

It is sad that United health care is making people use this company. We should not have to be forced to use a mail order for our prescriptions. I haven't been able to take my cholesterol medication in over a month. Because I want to stay with Walgreens. Its sad. Majority of my coworkers don't want this.

I am forced to use the incredibly incompetent pharmacy since I have been on UHC health insurance. Not only are the representative rude, when I ask to peak to a supervisor, I am sent to just another agent who can't do anything to help me. I had a simple question, and the rep I originally spoke with decided to give me other information I had not asked for...and when I confronted her about that, she had the gall to say, "Apparently you're not listening to me." I've had to use this pharmacy for 15 years (previously Briova). One recent prescription was deemed lost/stolen during shipment. My medication dose was already late because the pharmacy didnt inform me that I needed an insurance pre-authorization until i called for a refill. They would not call my Dr. for me and told me to call the office then call back when it was ready. After the pre-auth was ready i called back.
