my son is almost 8 months old and has been followed by umass for 7 months and has been hospitalized 3 times. Still, nothing has come of it and he still can't gain or at least maintain his weight. Im transferring to Boston with my son hopefully today. The nurses and PCAs for the most part are pretty good. I also had a student once see that I didn't trust what the doctor was saying so he brought me his textbook and read it with me. Not everyone here is bad but the overall treatment definitely needs to be worked on!
This place does not help you in any form of way. Such a disappointing place to try and go to for help.
Not even going to get into it, awful hospital. Waited 3 hours for a cup of water. Let alone the fact they didn't even do anything for me, would've done better with a band aid and now I have to spend $2,000 on a useless ambulance bill. Thanks for nothing guys
stop calling people when there is no one there to answer a return call...very rude...someone called me the 4th of July& I called the number shown & the place was closed...how in the hell can you call when no on is there?????
