The only reason I'm giving it two starts is atleast the security is nice. Came in, explained to the triage nurse after I waited in line for an hour just to be admitted that I have already passed out twice with whatever I have, I got ok, now take a seat In the lobby. I'm on hour two waiting in the lobby and here I sit. And they probably didn't even realize I passed out again in the lobby chair........ Here to hoping the next hour I can actually be seen.
Came in almost an hour ago. My husband cut his hand, bleeding heavily. We were told it was shift change, then they had a meeting and then the doctor would be in. There are maybe 7 patients, including my husband. Seem to be short staffed for even these few patients. Took 30 minutes for someone to come and take his vitals. No doctor in sight.
Place sucks. I habe been waiting 11 hours in er and have not been seen.
Dr. Marshall is awesome, she took great care of me with my 3rd pregnancy and is taking care of me again with my 4th pregnancy!!
My father had a procedure to attempt a stent procedure approximately 7 weeks ago with Dr Arous. Dr Arous is an amazing doctor that we see at Harrington in Charlton. Post procedure - while in recovery we met an amazing gal. Her name is Maryely, and I wanted to make sure that she is recognized for her amazing personality, and commitment to patient satisfaction.
