Not delivered merchandise. Very bad service. Zero help online. Very disappointed.

The manager (Joy) is extremely unprofessional! She's rude and has a bad attitude. Regarding a salon complaint, she took it upon herself to call my cell phone and harass me! The particular stylist I seen had rushed through my service and left a good portion not my hair untouched, didn't even bother to highlight it! She took the bleach off to soon, ******* and then decided to try and hide the brassiness by toning it darker. Then, had the audacity to try and nickel band dime me to death, always wanting to raise her prices. ****... read more

I purchased over $200 worth of goods. Changed the address to my new one. When I went back to add one more thing to my cart it must have reverted to an old address on file. I realized this as soon as the purchase confirmation came in. I emailed and called immediately to which I was told they cant cancel or change the order as its already been processed (one minute later.) My next bet was ***. I paid almost 200 for my short hair to get a trim, color, and a few foils. Not to mention the 40 tip. My hair turned orange within a few days. I went back and the one lady put something on it to make it darker. *** DARK and no highlights. She told me with shampooing it and giving it time it will lighten up and will see highlights. Nope. Didn't happen. I called back and they refused to fix it. They said I waited too long. I placed an Ulta order just last night. As soon as the order was placed, I realized the address was incorrect. I quickly chatted with an Ulta member via the app and was told what I already knew --- i had shipped it to another address, my old address. So i called, the *** **** up on me after I repeated what he said, I was in utter disbelief " we cannot cancel your order as it has started processing. We cannot refund you until the order is received back to our warehouse". I had literally placed the order within the HOUR.I call... read more

We don’t make changes in order to protect your orders, as we don’t want someone to be able to change the address and snag your amazing buys.

I am so disappointed in Ultas customer service and return policy. Being forced to give up your name and number every time you go to the register is annoying. And, being forced to have your name and number in the their system to process a return, even when you have a receipt and its within 30 days (really 2 days), is the dumbest policy in retail.The associates make you feel bad about not wanting to give your name and number. Its like their jaded because of other bad customers, probably less than 2%. Why cant they just take no... read more

I have ulta rewards I shop online and In the store I had seen some things I wanted purchase I went back to check out my cart. There was a box stating if you feel there is a error contact ******************** at this number basically blocked. I contact them send a screenshot how can I send a screenshot if I am blocked. This company really sucks. And customer service isnt any better. So they can keep me blocked and I will spend my money with *******.

have been a ******** Member at Ulta for years. I am willing to pay premium prices because I know the customer service has always been on point. Over the last year, my orders have arrived atrocious.
