Places an order for pick up through the app it gave me the option of Apple Pay so I selected that not knowing it changes your order to be shipped instead of picked up. About 30 minutes later I check my email to see if its ready for pick up only to see its going to be shipped and shipped to a incorrect address. Do not use their Ultamate Rewards Credit Card!!!! When trying to make a payment, you can ONLY pay the credit service provider *********************** via automated system which ONLY accepts a checking account payment, which although it will tell you your payment is scheduled and approved, in 1-2 business days when the payment comes out, if the system can't access the account (i.e. I guess wrong routing/account # technicalities) it won't make the payment, WONT notify you it didn't make the payment (after telling you it would)... read more

Horrible experience! Will not purchase from Ulta Beauty online ever again! I have been an Ulta rewards member for several years and spent $200 on beauty products and even paid extra for expedited shipping. 15 days later and I still have not received my order. I have been told when purchasing at the store that I cannot return purchases without having an account which involves giving them my personal information. I specifically asked if having the receipt is not enough and they said no. This seems shady, but Im not sure if it is enough to report them. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Two times now I have had two packages lost because Ulta cant use a competent courier service.Each time I have been met with nothing but issues when trying to get a refund or product replacement. I have been called a liar, I have been told to sit and wait, I have been told to call back tomorrow.This is theft. Of my money.
