I took my niece here today, to get her hair cut and colored for her birthday. Had a great experience, thanks to ******* He's amazing, and my niece's very happy. And she's hard to please lol. So thanks again ******* We will be back to see you.

I visited store #*** (************************************ East *******, ** *****) on 8/13/2021. Went in to buy shampoo, paid and left. It was a very quick and short visit. However a few days ago I received a letter from ************* saying my application for the Ultamate rewards card was declined due to the info I provided when I applied did not match what they had. I DID NOT apply for a card nor was I even asked to. I believe the cashier who checked me out filled out an application for me. Just want to warn other shoppers... read more

Used a terrible shipping service that damaged my package and didn't deliver it.Called ulta and customers service rep said it'll be reshipped with expedited shipping. 4 days later, I contact them again asking where my package is. They stated it's out of stock and didn't care that they wasted my time. The item was a gift for someone and they royally effed up. They don't offer any compensation for their inadequacy. Don't buy from them or trust them to get you your product.

They discriminated against me and sold me defective products. They tampered with the products on purpose to harm me. And I can't use the products I spent money on. They are damaged and vandalized. The facial cleaner is tampered with. Ulta beauty. Com put chemicals in there and affected my skin. Hate crime!

I order $60 worth of stuff from Ulta on August 19, at check out I was told it will arrive by the 25th. It's the 25th no package and my $$$ was taken. Called it for an update told yes you now have to wait till September 3rd to get your items because it's in our warehouse and the carrier hasn't come to pick it up. So 1 month for a stupid order of $60. Company doesn't want to cancel my order because it's in their warehouse, NOT my house. Ulta employees don't want to help they only want to waist my time. $60 for a false promise ... read more

For any considering shopping at the Ulta store in *********** ** (********************), I would recommend to go elsewhere. Whether busy or slow, it's usually difficult to find help, & once you do they may be super rude, like one manager I dealt with recently (I believe on Aug 5th 2021). Shortly before dealing with her, I went to buy a product there a few days before but couldn't because they had what they deemed a 'global' tech issue that prevented them from accepting credit card transactions so they required cash only *** ... read more

Ulta charged me a late fee after I called and paid the total and closed the account on my credit card!!!! Terrible service and BS

I placed an order last week and it's being delivered to the wrong address. I have tried many times changing my address online and over the phone and it's still not right. Now my package is being delivered to MA instead of MI. I have wasted my entire day trying to get the package rerouted and I have made zero progress. I used my birthday coupon and extra points your were offering and now I being told by the chat.. I had an appointment to get a blowout for a wedding in *********** St. ******* Ulta. When I contacted the store, I notified them that I have naturally curly hair because I know some stylists dont have that expertise. They assured me all stylists are trained to do all hair types. When I arrived to my appointment, it was clear that ******** the assigned stylist didnt know how to do naturally curly hair.
