I bought a small bag of items today from Ulta Beauty at ******************** in ********* **. When I was unloading the bag at-home, I realized the 26 dollar mascara was missing from the bag. I drove back again even though it isn't a short trip. The manager told me thatthe teller remembered putting it in my bag. She asked me to wait while she looked at the video. I placed an order that had been delivered to an old address even though I had updated it, it was still delivered to the wrong address. When I contact customer services I was told they would not refund me nor re ship my package as it was shown successfully delivered. This company is a joke and treats their loyal customers awful Do not shop or order anything from here go to Sephora

Literally the worst customer service. I purchased an order that showed delivered over the weekend. It was never delivered. I reported the issue right away hoping they could find where it went. They advised it would have to be three business days before they could do anything. I asked for a trace and was told it was **** that delivered which was strange as it was after their typical business hours.I chatted in again and was assured it was still being delivered and they probably just marked it as delivered early. I applied for a credit card and after speaking to my husband we decided to close it out. I've been struggling to close this card out and pay it off since May and I'm still getting charged month after month even though the customer service rep keeps telling me the card is closed, I've paid everything off and I should not get another ****. Yet here I am again with another ****, why am I getting charged interest on a card that is CLOSED! I'm so tired of this and need help.

I am disgusted at how I was treated from customer service and how extremely unprofessional the treat people with lost packages. My package shipped the 18th and hadnt made an update since, I contacted later ship three times, on the third time they confirmed in fact my package was lost. I then contacted Ulta cause Lasership said if hadnt arrived two days I contacted them, then the package is lost and it is now up to the seller. I also have been blocked from online ordering including curbside pick up. After countless hours I was finally told that it was due to a fraudulent order placed on my account. Once I caught it and reported it then my account was flagged and I am no longer able to order via Ulta. Com or the app. Why is the good paying consumer being punished rather than the criminal?

Tried placing an order on my phone, it seems there is something wrong with the website at the payment details at the end. There was no option go add another gift card, and when I tried to update my shipping address but there was no save button. Then options for entering a credit card disappeared. When I tried to place my order it wouldn't stop giving me error messages. I moved to firefox on my desktop and had the same issues. People from managers and floor makeup advisors needs better skills on how to treat customers, they make you feel like you are gonna steal from the store. No one cares about their job, they look so unhappy...

Called ulta twice regarding a missing package. Per the courier they used the package was delivered. However upon my arrival there was no package on my porch. I waited a whole week before contacting ulta and I spoke with representative Arthas on 9/18. She stated she will escalate the issue to get a replacement sent. She asked that I allow 2 business days before anyone reaches out to me. On 9/22 I called and spoke with supervisor *****.
