After receiving gift cards to purchase a brand new $600 item from ULTA beauty I went to the store to purchase the item where the manager of the store told me that they were would not accept all my gift cards, they told me to cal guest services by myself instead of offering to assist with this issue. When on the phone with guest services they advised me that they can merge my gift cards together so they can be accepted in the store. After 5 days 5 phone calls and 7 hours on hold I still do not have a resolution to my issue. E... read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service with **************************. I ordered 2 Pixar cases and they shipped me 4. I called to pay for the other 2 since Christmas is coming up and they absolutely refused and demanded I ship them back, I told them to schedule the carrier to pick them up at my house, they said no I had to take them to the shipping location to be shipped. Same issue as the below. I spent $80.00 on two items and there was an error in the shipping address. I contacted customer service and they said since item is marked as delivered there is nothing they can do. I was told a manager would call me twice and no one ever called. Literally the worst customer service for such a large company. I will NEVER shop here again.

I ordered over $500 worth of products from them online and did not receive the shipment. I spoke with their customer service multiple times and they refuse to help at all because they say that the item was marked delivered. I obviously did not receive it and have cameras set up all over so it does not matter what *** claims because the item was not actually delivered and am amazed that a company of this size would have such horrible customer service. I would not recommend doing business with them.

The hairdresser bleached my whole hair ORANGE when I asked for some caramel highlights, and I came in the store as a brunette. I called back asking to please get my money back, because that turned out to be not at all what I asked for, also my hair was fried ( a mistake I wouldnt even make at home by myself), I had to call sick work because I couldnt leave the house in those conditions. This is a report that Ultra Beauty robbing their customers during pandemic. This company is scammer.I have placed an order on Oct 19 2021. On product page price was $14.50.I purchased 10 units and in checkout total came to be $284.20 meaning each item at checkout increased double to be $28.42 I did not notice first and clicked "Pay"Later I notice I got scammed. After my first email they immediately changed the product page price. After many more emails I sent they said they're gonna investigate, but they never get back to me... read more

I opened an Ulta card today, and scheduled an appointment for a bang trim. I went for my appointment at 4:45 and I waited by the back register for about 15 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. She was in the back doing a clients hair and did not see me. She comes around the corner and asked if I needed help, and I told her I was here for an appointment. I have been a long long time Ulta customer, in-person and online. Unfortunately I will not be ordering online again. I placed a large order. They sent the wrong item. I get mistakes happen. I contacted them gave them my full name, order number, member account number and last 4 digits of my phone number and that was not good enough to pull up my account.
