I purchased items from Ulta Beauty online. These items were never delivered, and showed delivery delayed. 12 days after, the order shows delivered on original date, what a shame! In between and still, I have messaged, chatted, emailed, called customer service with absolutely NO resolution, no refund. I received a text stating if I did not confirm my appointment, it would be cancelled. I confirmed it via text.
