I thought I changed my address and turns out i only changed my billing address, I ordered 150$ worth of things which was such a huge bite to swallow for me especially in COVID times.They said there was nothing they can do since it was delivered to the old house, of course its not going to get to me. I placed an order online at 9:24 and there was a gift with purchase and two items to choose from, choose the one I wanted, an $82 order and once hit purchase, it automatically put the other item I did not choose in the order. I called right away and gave my order number. I was told you need to call back in 25 minutes and then I did, the person on the phone could not change anything on the order, and I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given the supervisor and was told the same thing so I wanted to cancel the order. I am a long time customer of ********************** and have never had a problem until recently. I placed an order online on 7/15/21 for a ****** I used gift cards, but my total was over ****** charged to my credit card.I never received the order They said it was delivered on 7/27 at 5 pm my husband was just home from work and in the front yard at 5pm on July 27th nobody showed to deliver a package. I got nothing but run around from Ulta when I called on 27th they said sometimes orders will show delivered even when they aren... read more

I ordered a package on 7/26. 8 days later I still had not received my package. I called and the man I talked to said hed refund my card, and my package had been shipped, that I would still be receiving it. I called back today 8/11, and was told by a supervisor that once the refund was issued and my package was then cancelled. That she apologized for the rep telling me otherwise. I then asked if I could atleast get faster shipping since I would have to reorder what I purchased, and she told me no, there was nothing they could... read more

I wont be ordering any products from Ulta online again. We got the ************************* bath set and the coffee mug wasnt wrapped, literally tossed in the box. It arrived chipped and jumbled. The only way to return was to either pay for shipping to return it or return in-person to a store. One store didnt have the mug but I found another store with it. I ordered online and even I though I said to use the address I enter, the website still used my PayPal address that is in ********** and i just moved Tennessee. They said there is no way to cancel my order or change the address. The only way I can get a refund is if my package is rejected or return. Like thats going to happen. I will not order or shop at ulta again. I called with in a hour of my order being place

This company has the worst customer service. I have spent hours on the phone trying to process an online order with a valid gift card - only to be left no where. Do not purchase gift cards from Ulta - they are fraudulent- they created a system that does not allow you to use them. And there is never anyone higher up to help - they are conveniently out of the office. Ive always had issues with them - but because I love beauty looked the other way. They will charge you fees if you have a charge card with them. I thought I paid my balance off per my billing statement in Mar. But found out they kept charging me monthly bogus charges like finance fees and late fees each month. Now in Jul I owed *****. I pad their made up fees and closed my acct.

Worst experience ever! Prejudice salon workers, unprofessional, rude and ignorant. I will NEVER spend a ***** here. I called to make an appt for a cut and asked if they had someone who could cut African American natural hair. The incompetent AREA EDUCATOR said yes, we have Summer. He said all their cuts come with wash and style and cost $45. I arrived at the Monroe, ** salon for my 1pm appointment and was promptly told that "we can't do your hair".
