I placed and order and realized I did not change the ship to address. Called within 10 min to change, they notified me they are unable to cancel or change the order at all. I asked if the items are shipping tonight because if not they should have the ability to cancel. I work in sales and do not know of any other company with a policy like this. I order online from Ulta, when I got the confirmation email I noticed that the quantity for one of the items was 2 instead of one. There wasn't a option to edit the order so I emailed them right away to fix this problem... within 2 minutes of placing the order. They responded and said that they could not edit the order, and then I asked them to cancel it, they told me that they would not do that. Worst customer service! False advertising of delivery time (not due to a delay, just advertised fraudulently) and when i requested a refund for my expedited shipping they refused! I provided documentation (screenshot) of the advertised shipping and they still denied me a refund. I will NEVER shop here again! Disgusting!

I ordered 3 items from ulta online I changed my address before I ordered and yet somehow it sent it to an address I haven't lived at for about 5 years now? They refuse to give me a refund because the " item was successfully dropped at the porch" I don't live there it was not successful and I should of gotten my money back.

I ordered an online order from them totaling $51.06 on 4/13/21. It was mailed out on 4/14/21 and was said that it was left on my front porch on 4/18/21 which is a Sunday. I looked everywhere outside and there was no package. I contacted Ulta and got the response that I needed to wait 3 days to see if it showed up. ULTA (Billing issue) My bills are always paid on time. For some reason, Ulta never received my payment, so I stopped payment on check and paid by another credit card. This was all done before my billing due date. So, what do they do. Charge me $29 for a return check fee......AND they refuse to waive it.

Do not pay for expedited shipping from this business. On the website, if you expedite, it says it will arrive within two business days. When shipping confirmation email arrives, it says 3-8 business days. When you call customer support, they say “The website is showing just an estimate.” And they will also refuse to refund the expedited shipping charge.
