I placed an order with Ulta online, and there shipping is horrible. I ordered enough items so that way I wouldn’t have to pay the extra shipping fee, and upon checkout they didn’t even give me an estimated delivery time. I have been constantly checking if my package has been out to ship but every time I check it just says awaiting carrier pickup, and it’s has been like that for 4 days. I don’t mind having to wait but if they could just let me know when I can expect my package to arrive would be nice.

It’s extremely annoying to be asked for my phone number. If I decline to give it the sales associate asks the person next in line. Stop it! Just Stop it! Why is it so important to have a telephone number to associate with the transaction? Ultra must sell the phone numbers. I won’t shop at Ulta anymore. Lincoln, ca store is the worst!

I ordered $45 worth of products and never received it. They said there was nothing they would do about it because the delivery company said they left it at the right address and left it in the lobby, even with a sign telling delivery people NOT to do that. I will never shop with them again.

On April 8th, at 12;30 pm I purchased a perfume, hour later I got an alarm, someone tried to check my credit (comenity Capital/ulta) !!! it was not my first visit. The store I purchased was at Eastvale. the cashier name was ; Kaitlyn. I trying to contact this "comenity Capital" but it was unsuccessful . Why Ulta was tried to check my credit report? Really bad experience, never go back. Be carful people when to used credit cards, really scary.

I placed an order on 3/26/21 for 2 items, the Dyson AirWrap ($550) and The Ordinary Niacinamide ($5.50). On Saturday I got confirmation that a shipping label had been created. On Monday I got confirmation that my order had shipped and it would be delivered on Tuesday 3/30/21. On Tuesday afternoon a LaserShip driver came and dropped off a small envelope containing only the $5.50 item. Placed a large order to help my teenager with his acne. Bought expedited shipping it said it’ll be here within 3 days. So supposedly shipped Wednesday here comes Friday and nothing but I do get an an email from Ulta asking how they did how was my order I HAVENT GOTTEN IT YET. Poor customer service. Would not refund or replace items that were not delivered. Customer service representative said items were delivered via FedEx and signed for. Provided signed initials as signature evidence of delivery. However, the initials did not match anyone at our address. Refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and refused to refund or replace items.

Let me preface this by saying I LOVE ULTA. For many years I was a big ******* customer. I loved shopping there and did so very frequently. However, once I moved somewhere that an Ulta was close by, that all changed. I became a lifetime loyal Ulta customer and I have never bought anything from ******* again. Hi, I'd like to complain about an associate at the Ulta Marketplace Store in Goleta, CA. I did not get the associate's name, but she was there at 6:50p on 03/18/2021, and was the only one working the registers at the time. She had darker hair that was in a tight bun, lots of make up, and was wearing a black top and pants.
