DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE. Ulta will not resend an item lost in shipping. The holiday was wild this year and a package was lost. I did NOT request a refund although I didn’t get the item. They refused to replace it. I launched a UPS investigation at their request. They say it was delivered although it wasn’t and the local UPS store is still trying to locate the package. My child did not get her 150.00 hairbrush for Christmas. I’ve communicated with the customer service 5 times since then. They ARE AWFUL!

Ulta is ridiculous. My order was not delivered TWICE. I received one item from the whole order. The first time it said it was delivered but I never received it. So they reordered it a second time. I received one item out of the whole order. They refuse to refund me or send the remaining items. According to them the order was delivered. I’ll be taking it up with the delivery company and corporate for Ulta.

I forgot to apply a gift card and they wouldn't cancel my order. They're going to make me reject the package, which is absolute crap. That's a deal breaker. I just sold the giftcard to my mom, I'm never shopping here again.

I ordered a flat iron over 2 weeks ago. I used my gift card and paid difference with my PayPal. I finally receive my package and it’s the wrong item. A green jade roller! I called ulta and they stated it would take another 10 days to get a new one. I asked for my money back. Received the credit to my PayPal but was told it would take awhile to get my gift card back. Not acceptable as the gift card was a Christmas gift. Finally asking for a manager. The rep comes back and states they can issue an e gift card within 24 hours. ... read more

I would give this store 0 stars if I can.... here's what happened at my visit and I had to go through corporate and they are just as bad too cuz they said they would call me back and give me a refund or fix the issue with 24-48 hours and I haven't received anything yet and its been 3 weeks... I ordered online and before I was notified that it would take "3-10 business days" to ship I knew that it would not be there in time for Christmas I contacted them and requested them to cancel the order and was told we can try and cancel, but cannot promise. If I could give you NO STARS for your Customer Services Call Center I would. The first rep told me she could not cancel my order or support me with changing the incorrect address to the correct address. She then tells me to reject the order when I get it! Are you serious? HOW CAN I REJECT MY ORDER IF ITS BEING SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS? Then I ask to speak to a supervisor. This moron puts me on mute. It's so obvious as there was no "on hold music" playing. On 11/23 I submitted an order. Later that day I received the email my order was shipped. On 12/14 I checked the tracking number and see that they are waiting for carrier pick up. I checked the carrier site and see they are waiting for the order to be shipped. Confusing? Yes. I contacted customer service and was told the exact same thing I saw through the tracking. After waiting for a specific item to go on sale from their website, I purchased a styler for my stepdaughter with arrangements for it to be shipped to her home in the Midwest. Her home address is the ONLY shipping address listed on my Rewards account, along with my billing address for payment.
