SCAM: Asurion tech. repair co. I recently bought a service plan though "Ubreak i fix "co. I had the plan for 2 months when my tablet broke, took to store for repair, they said it was unrepairable. here's where problem begins. If you ever have a problem with your smart phone there is only one place to go for repairs. I fell and broke my phone and was sure it would be a major pain to get it fixed! I made one call, and was directed to UBREAKITIFIXIT in Culver City, CA. They did an excellent job and I had my phone back to me in two hours! No hassle just fast and efficient service!

I loved my experience at the Seymour, IN store. My favorite employee Rick, as he says, was very easy to talk to and actually held a conversation to pass the time as we waited for the system to load everything and process it. I would definitely go here again and I will definitely recommend The ubreakwefix store to family and friends. Also thank you Rick/Lincoln/Sonya for making my experience funny and a great time. P.S. y'all should send this review to him because he didn't think I'd actually do it.

I had a very bad experience with ubreakifix, the company Asurion uses for phone repair. I dropped my phone for repair and the store closed without any notice, It took me over a week to get any answers and was unable to get my phone back until three weeks later due to this closure.

I really enjoyed the professional attitude the repairman at UbreakIfix. My phone was repair in a timely manner, I do respect the time it took to replace the glass and to run test to make sure nothing was internally wrong after the replacement. Very nice job indeed.

I took my laptop to the store UbreakIFix in Highland, IN. They told me I needed a keyboard assembly and they can't get the part and to file a claim. I filed the claim and it was denied because the store put in the system I refused to get it fixed. Then Asurion told me I have to prove I wanted to get my laptop fixed. Me taking it into the store isn't proof enough I wanted it fixed? It doesn't make since. I cancelled my service with them.

Long story short, I was told the technician's report stating that the appliance was not repairable had been uploaded and the claim would go to the Escalation Team. She tried to transfer me to the Escalation Team, but the call got cut off. I called every day for two weeks with representatives telling me everything was in place and Escalation Team would now make a determination. Zero stars, Asurion collected money for the protection policy and have created so many dead ends and layers of run around to get phones fixed it's not worth any amount of money, The mobile service is a joke, One store closed, the other has severely limited capacity to get anything done, The customer service phone number is unable to help.
