WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT THE LOCATION ON PACIFIC HWY IN FEDERAL WAY, WA!!!! The staff are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. It took them 8 days to replace a crack screen on my iPad. When I called to inquire about the status of my iPad after 8 days, they had difficulty finding my information and the employee named RAYMOND was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. They busted the screen on my touch screen computer ** pavilion 360 (reversible)and told me to get a new one. Unbelievable! I took it in to get the green lines off my screen and after several calls from me back and forth got it back,-touch screen doesn't work and the screen was sticking out on the bottom right side. I took my phone in to get my screen repaired because there was a minor crack and it took them 5 hours to get it fixed when the person I called said it would only take two hours. When I went to pick up my phone nothing worked on it and there were dead spots on my screen. I immediately told them that nothing worked on my phone and told me that I could bring it in first thing the next morning to get it fixed. 10/07/2021 I brought in my phone with a cracked screen and it was working perfectly fine and the rude manager returns me my phone "fixed" but it was actually completly broken and not even able to turn on and retrieve photos. I have not heard from the business and my phone company did another claim to send me a new phone.

I am emailing as I don't get my mail at my store as often as I would like. This case, the customer came in with an insurance repair for her phone and one of my new techs did the repair. He left an adhesive tab on it that should have been taken off. She brought the phone back and we took off but the phone stopped working. They gave me a new battery for my cell phone which is working just fine. However when I tried to pay with my credit card, I was told that the card was rejected. I handed them another Credit card and was told that their machine was not working. The staff member asked me if I could get cash. When I gave them the cash, I assumed that I would not be charged by the credit card companies. However, both credit card transactions had gone through. I was luckily able to cancel both charges.

This company is a SCAM. They took our money and now are denying a claim for repair on our TV. I repeatedly sent them the receipt showing the make, model, serial number of the item as well the line item showing we purchased the plan. The original receipt is on thermal paper which does fade, but the line items are visible and I even have ARROWS pointing at the information they are asking for. They STILL denied the claim saying they cannot obtain the information that the ARROWS are pointing to. A farce of a company and folk nee... read more

this company is engaged in bait and switch tactics -- will never try them again and will tell all I can to avoid you. Their web site showed $99 cost to replace iPad battery, and also offered $10 off discount code. Employee at your store today told me the discount wasn't valid except at "corporate stores" and then quoted me $149 for battery. I am also sending this message to the ******* Better Business Bureau.

I recieved wrong information. I feel like I was scammed by ubreakifix. I contacted them before making a mobile appointment to ensure that my insurance will cover the cost. They started that once the $30 option comes up, that means the insurance will cover the fee. Ok fine. When I got my confirmation, there was nothing about a remaining balance or anything. I searched the internet for "****** washing machine service repair service in my area" yesterday. I had to turn off my phone last night due to so many offers during the dinner hour. I didnt have time to check my emails or my voice mails this morning.
