This company service they give you too many excuses to receive some help for a thing are you paying, and at the end of the day I don get nothing just wasting my time tell those agents over and over what's the problem .

ubreakifix / asurion "******* Authorized Service Center" is a SCAM. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR WARRANTY SERVICE! I brought my ******* here under warranty and they had it for THREE WEEKS! During that time I received no emails, no calls. I had to hound them and make multiple in-person trips for info. I had to ASK for a receipt on day 9 - they'd given me nothing! I dropped my phone off for a repair and was quoted for 2 days. I was told they would overnight ship my parts. So, I took time off work to pick my phone up and the store is closed (at least) 2 hours early with no warning. So I go back the next day, again taking more time off work to find out that the parts hadn't even been shipped yet, further wasting even more time. I had an appointment scheduled at 10am to fix a cracked screen on my phone. The ******* phone was still under warranty so I was limited in location options for repair. This was the location closest to me, but is approximately 40 miles from my house. I was guaranteed that my phone would be ready by 2pm, as I was going to hang out in Colorado Springs until the repair was done. I told the employee I lived a distance away. UbreakIFix AKA UBreakWeBreakItMore 1. Easy cracked screen replacement for IPad working upon drop off, with no other issues. 2. Upon first boot up of "repaired" IPad the screen was half dark. Further damages included not staying powered on unless plugged into an outlet and still intermittently powering off. 3. As there is not a zero rating, one star will need toAfter working with ******* technical service in an attempt to diagnose/remedy a problem with my washing machine, the service rep provided UbreakIFix (Asurion) as an authorized repair provider for ******* washing machines. ******* contacted their local provider at which time an appointment was set for technician to perform diagnostic testing on May 2,2022.

******* recommended that I bring my ******* Galaxy S22 to this company because there's a glitch on my display and the phone is still under warranty. We could not see the glitch under his lighting, so I recommended that he run a graphics test in safe mode so he can see the error code for himself. About 2 years ago, I accidentally cracked my new phone's back camera lens cover glass panel. I quickly recalled a UBreakIFix store at Bellevue, so I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed.
