Shady business practices ! I dropped my phone off with a $30 deposit after I was told that they had the neccessary parts ! After I committed , the gentleman then told me that a mistake was made , they won't have my parts for a few days. I agreed because I was taking a 10 day vacation. After a week or two there was no communication so I called them. Still no parts. 3-4 days later I received a text to contact them. I called and was told that the new screen didn't fix the problem.... Very poor communication skills, one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. I will never have another product fixed by them again. They kept my product way longer than the predetermined time, never reached out and communicated the progress of the repair. I ended up cancelling the repair on a Tuesday after they kept it for a month in limbo, the day after I canceled the repair they miraculously fixed it without my authorization. I Would not recommend to my worse enemy.

I waited 2 1/2 months for them to fix my laptop or refund my money. 3 trips with them claiming it was a corporate issue. I finally had to contact the credit card company and file a dispute.

I had several issues with my past 2 visits to this shop. I left my phone to be repaired on the 14th of June. I never received a notification on the status of my repair neither by phone nor email. I returned July 5th to pick my phone up (I had been out of town and unable to pick up my phone) only to be informed that (1) they don’t have my phone in their possession and (2) apparently they filed the transaction as “completed” on June 16th even though I never came by to pick up my phone. I brought my ****360 in for repair. The disc drive no longer worked. After two weeks and a $170.00 dollar bill, I was told to come in and pick it up, It was all fixed. Got it home and the drive would not read game discs, DVD discs, or even CD's. The error that came up said "cannot read disc, can only be read on an ****360. This told me the disc drive was not a 360 drive.

Their warranty provided no assistance under their year long warranty. They had no flexible options for individuals who are unable to travel. My local location closed down permanently and they were only able to tell me to visit a location that was an hour away. There were no mail in options or guarantee of other possible solutions.

They did a data dump from my phone when they were supposed to be scanning for virus. They also used developer options to set my phone for remote access for them. They did **** cloning. i asked about getting anti-virus software and was told no I did not need it the att security app was good enough. When I finally figured out they were deleting data on my phone that pertained to a potential court case, I got anti-virus protection placed on my phone and restored my settings on my phone. I’m a unsatisfied customer and this company is extremely untrustworthy. This is my experience with a refund request on a broken product: I requested a refund of my **OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer because I purchased insurance that covers it for 3 years. The printer ceased to function in under a year. In that time the price jumped to $379 on ******. I paid ***$30 to send it back so that it could be appraised by Asurion in a timely manner. I brought my ****** phone in for a basic screen repair. They're supposed to be ******repair certified but they fried my motherboard and basically told me suck it up. They're also botched an iphone 5s screen replacement years ago. Strongly advise you go somewhere else.
