****************** and Last-Minute Cancellation I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by U-Haul Moving. We made a reservation for a moving truck a month in advance, and received a notification that our reservation was canceled 4 days before we move. I contacted U-Haul to get a quote for 3 boxes to be delivered to my home in ******, ******* and delivered to a new home in Winsdor, *******. The price was very good and their responses to questions quick and clear. The move was booked for drop off for the 2nd of November and pick up November 5th. The boxes were dropped off in the time frame we were given and placed exactly where we wanted. The driver was efficient, cordial and professional. I was told over the phone by a Uhaul rep named ****** that I had till 9:17am on November 5th to return without being charged a new day. She informed me the ****** location was open till 7 and I specifically called and made sure I wasn't going to be charged because I was running behind by 40 minutes. She told me over the phone to take my time. The gentleman **** at the ****** ************* location did not believe me and said that's not how it works. He was rude. No customer service. Interesting how every review here is negative and yet ...depending where you look all positive. That's because uhaul controls access to reviews. I had to push customer to actually suggest that I can review here. Forget about doing a ****** review they only send links to review your pickup and drop-off location which for the most part is NOT the issue. Seems really unfair to give a poor review to the mom & pop stores where we pickup and drop-off. The real problem is uhaul itself. Doesn't give a **** where you get your truck .... read more

I called to have my contact information removed from their database. My information was used as an "emergency contact" and I received a letter informing me of delinquency. I had to repeat myself 5 times, eventually one female and one male said they cannot find my information, but their office sent me a bill?! The unprofessional male closed the communication line. I called back and spoke with the same unprofessional male, he interrupted me and said he is not dealing with me, he closed the line again. This review site prompts ... read more

This U-Haul has provided the worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul facility. They have made more mistakes that exhibit a lack of competence than any business I have ever patronized. I would not recommended anyone use this location for rental or storage services. They do not properly check in vehicles and will charge you for services you did not render with the business. My one regret is selecting this U-Haul for my moving and storage needs. Never again.

They overcharged me like $200. I was supposed to be charged 64 got charged 238 for some cleaning fee which the truck was clean when I returned it

Absolutely awful service. I took a pic of the gas gauge when I picked up the vehicle and it was at 1/4 of a tank. I refilled the tank to 1/4 when dropping off and they charged me an additional $50 for 10 gallons that were NOT in the vehicle upon pick up. Moving is already stressful enough and to have this occur because of their greed is totally and completely unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this service unless you want to be screwed over.

Was set up for a 1pm appointment and the general manager ********************* didn't want to be bothered with my schedule that they confirmed. This is a very undependable person of this business. I will never recommend this place to no one.
