I reserved a trailer for next Monday only to get a text a few hours later saying that the trailer wasnt available at the location even though it said it was and I had already made arrangements to pick up an order I needed it for. The closest available trailer is quite a distance away. Thanks Uhaul. Please dont send me an apology. I see you do that for everyone and nothing seems to change.

U-Haul has the worst customer service I have ever seen.We rented a trailer and the tire was coming apart. so we called for roadside service to change the tire. U-Haul couldn't find a tire after they told us someone was on the way. After waiting 3.5 hours in the hot at 12:00 at night we called the towing company and they told us they didn't have a tire.So we called U-Haul back and after putting us off for 2 more hours they decided to put us in a nasty *********** long story short we got the tire 9:30 the next morning. when th... read more

Dont waste your time buy a tralier or rent truck from penske or enterprise. Jink equipment lousy customer service.

Uhaul booked my reservation incorrectly so I cant use them. I booked in May for Aug and now I cant use them. Poor business

This regards Order # ********. Overall my U Box experience was terrible. I would not recommend this service. When the box first arrived I realized it would not shut and lock. I was told there was a maintenance person but they were too busy to come fix the latch. My items were left unsecure for three days in a high theft area. The only way the driver could shut it was with the fork lift, ** in the air to line up the door and we had to use a hammer to hammer the lock onto the latch. Uhaul changed my preferred pickup location straight after I payed for my vehicle.. i called them to ask why ! As I went through the process I.e picked my preferred location, picked the vehicle? Selected the pick up date, etc and nothing was obvious or indicated to the **** that my preferred vehicle was no longer available at the location I chose. Uhaul is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid over $4700 to have 6 pods dropped off at our old house and delivered to our new house. We had confirmation THAT ALL 6 would be delivered by the 21st and now are being told that only 2 can be delivered at a time and when we finish unpacking the two, two more can be delivered-which will drag the delivery out throughout the week. I was told it was because the ******* location, did not have the correct equipment. Sounds like a Uhaul problem, not mine.We made the reservation... read more

I originally scheduled to rent a 20ft truck from a U-haul location near me on July 13th. August 17th two days before I move they call me and tell me I have two options if I want the truck that I scheduled for. Both options are an hour away from me and they would not give me any way of getting the car. I talked to this Regional manager in ******** named *******.
