After a late UBox delivery, I now have to have this box sitting in my driveway for 5 extra days because the truck is broke down. No compensation for my inconvenience. Worst customer service. Made no attempt to help. Was told that is the best they can do. Do not use this company for your moving needs.

When we were on our way over to the **************************** ***** uhaul location we called to confirm they had a truck and he said that his computer wasn't working and he couldn't pull up our reservation. He said that he had a 15' truck like we needed and would rent it to us but couldn't pull up the reservation. We then got to the location which was inside a liquor store. I'll never rent from U-Haul again I rented a 20" truck on 9/6/22 and had to return the truck the next day my issue is when I made the reservation no one told me about a extra charge I asked if I could go to ****** but the U-Haul person told me to go to a different location to pick up the truck then when I get to the location the guy was a hour late I had to pay 115 plus a ****** deposit which wasn't mentioned in the reservation everything was handled unprofessional and very misleading I did attempt to reach out to U-Haul a m... read more
Worst company ever!!!! Do not rent from uhaul! Not only are they over priced but they have no desire to help people who spend thousands of dollars to rent from them!!!!

Terrible experience with the ********, ** U-haul rental location on *************. I have reached out many times to discuss the charges they made to my credit card even though I did not approve them doing so. Calls are either unanswered, roll over to the 800 number or not returned as promised. Three different contracts were issued with different information on each one. On August 11th, I reserved a 26 truck over the phone for a return date of 09/03/22. We confirmed at pick up that our return date was 09/03/22. On 09/02/22, we were unpacking the truck. At 11:14am, I got a text that said ******** here with Uhaul. Your reservation is past due. If I can give less than one star I would! I ordered two of large trailers for us to move last Friday. I ordered them approximately three weeks in advance, due to the fact that its Labor Day weekend and burning man weekend. Let's put aside the fact that the staff gave zero input on how to work through their system that had no explanation of use and did their best to express their distain for your very existence and at one point actually yelling at my mother. I rented a pickup truck for one day advertised for $19.95/day. I expected taxes and opted for unlimited mileage. $80.
