Service at this ******* ** location is awful. If you try and call the location to check on service, it goes to the 800 call center. Even the corporate headquarters cannot reach the store. ***************

I was told the cost would be $58 to add an extra day of truck rental. I looked at my account and noticed they charged me not only for the first day, but $58 and another $79. So I called and the lady is reading off an extra $15 for mileage I said thats fine, take it from the $79 and refund me the rest. What she refunded me was the incorrect amount and I am never using uhaul again.

I would like to write a complaint regarding U-Haul Canada. We called U-Haul on June 28th, 2022 and ordered 8 Uboxes. We had sold our home in ********* and we needed to store our belongings. The delivery date was confirmed to be on July 1t, 2022. Then on the day that we expected to receive those Uboxes we got a phone call from U-Haul and we were informed that in ********* there was no truck that could deliver us 8 or even 6 Uboxes. Understanding completely that mechanical issues can happen in this type of business, the slow, complicated lack of response was completely unacceptable. When you are moving, you ***************** and help for moving day. U-Haul doesn't understand the meaning of "reservation." They didn't have a much-needed appliance dolly that I'd reserved, and they didn't care. I brought the truck back early because I'm a small woman and there wasn't much I could do. My receipt shows a charge for bringing the truck back late, when I actually brought it back 3 hours early. Additionally, there is a cleaning charge which can't be valid. Waiting in a really bad part of town with a broken down 20ft Uhaul with a 2 year old. Have been waiting for 4 HOURS!!! Each time they give an eta they call back with an update and they say they are getting another person and double the wait time. Still sitting in the side of the road with my 2 year old. Absolute WORST customer service and business processes ever experienced and Ive been in the food industry before. The most grueling experience with any company hands down. FIND ANY OTHER WAY OF MOVING!!!!

Emergency roadside assistant claims a 24 hr immediate response when it actually takes over 2 hours to respond. Filing a claim online can go hours unread and without communication despite their quick to update promise. You can call to talk to a robot animation for 8 minutes only to be told there are no representatives to help, but theyll call you back in 45+ minutes.
