KD Mart ************************************************************************ Those two people who were serving me have no customer service skills at all; this is unfortunate to have those lower-level people in the Uhaul Business. The woman name **** orders the Guy to stop helping me and instead call the police to kick me out of the store. It is a shame to see a big company like Uhaul hire 3rd Glade people to work for them. At least **** and the Guy need Basic customer service training.Shame, Shame, Shame.

They are ripoff artists they double charge people for renting there trucks. And when confronted they about refunding the money that is owed back to the customer they figure out a way to not return it

Well. What can go wrong with this sh!tty U-Haul company again? First, I made the reservation for a truck 3 months before I needed it. When I got there, there was no truck for me. Second the guy tells me they have a bigger truck that they can give me. I said, for the same price, right? He said no. Not only that but the mileage per mile was also more. I said you must be kidding... He wasn't. He then proceeded to tell me I have a moral choice to make. Go somewhere else or take a truck from someone else who has booked it already... read more

I made a reservation online and you could choose location and so I did for pickup. I got a call to confirm what I needed for size of vehicle and they said they didn't have any trucks that size at the location I picked. So I had to cancel. I called the location I chose and they said they had 2 trucks for rent, so which is it. The company wanted me to go to ********* to charge me more mileage. Plus I wasn't feeling safe that companies don't talk to each other or just play dumb. People need to be honest and stick by better work... read more

On July 25, 2022 I drove up to Uhaul in ******** ** and rented a 17 foot truck. It was all they had available so I paid them upfront $100. I set the mirrors before heading out and noticed that when I got to the house my drivers side mirror had shifted some. With how busy I was moving, I paid little attention to it because I assumed that the trucks were well taken care or it was just a small issue. Not a great experience.on the reservation it says we will receive a call 24hours before to confirm,we dont get a call so we call them to confirm. They give us the location to go to and confirm pick up time. We arrive at location and the tow dolly we needed was not available. Apparently the people who were supposed to drop it off had not done so yet. was told once its dropped off they will call us. Just returned pickup truck, rented for 2 days. Noticed I was charged for 3 days and 3 days ins. Plus mileage charged increase by 10 cents. Called to find out why. Seems mileages is due to weekend rate. This is not mention anywhere in their ads. Charged extra day because there system is set up to record time from pickup 24 hours. But the time they give you to return is not the same time. So if you walk out with keys at 9 :27am and you reciept says return at 10:00am. I recently made a reservation 6 weeks in advance. The night before and quite late before I got a call that my rental was unavailable. The nearest option was 20 miles away, which is wonderful since you pay per mile. My original reservation would have been within 5 miles. ********** to find a truck was painful and the several people I spoke to could not help. I simply got bounced a round to different people. I rented a storage unit and left a key at the front desk to have the door to the unit fixed (it was hard to open). I was too busy with work to move my items for a little over a week. When I went to move in, the lot was so full I could not gain access to the dock to unload my items.
