The Technician was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Response time was impressive, little wait time, less than 10 minutes, to have return call to schedule an appointment. Then due to my little knowledge of computers had to reach out to the technician again and he promptly assisted me to fix the issue. This company sent a technician out to install a hard drive into my laptop. The appointment was made, and it was explained that the service fee was $125.00 then I would be billed thereafter in increments of 15 mins until the work is complete. The technician came out, informed me that I needed a certain type of hard drive, which he did not have on hand, but I could order from Amazon.
