******* was outstanding! The original tech call was due to inconsistent internet connectivity. He ran tests and diagnosed the primary issue to be the age of the router. He sourced the router and came back 2 days later with the new router. Once the new router was installed I was able to connect to the 5G network. The previous router was operating on the 2G network. Repaired my WiFi and internet connection. Lasted an hour. Same problem exists. I called the same day as repair and for two days afterward. Nothing. Very disappointed. Dont sign aanything from this business until you thoroughly check out the alleged repair.
