***** (FAB) was such a pleasure to work with. He setup two computers for our office and transferred all of our data over for us. He is very polite, personable, and has tons of knowledge. I will definitely be referring him to anyone I know that runs into computer issues. Super satisfied customer!

The date of service was 08/22/2022. M$S the tech was very efficient. He made note of all of my concerns, the main one being having our msn email hacked. He got to work checking the computer hardware and found that the computer had run out of enough memory to work properly. The computer was also scanned for any virus and malware. M$S was able to recover the hacked email account and took care of several other problems and concerns. ***** was here at the appointed time. His dress and demeanor was very professional. He fixed the connection of my printer to my new computer and set up the Icons the way I had been used to and removed some Icons that were not useful to me. He also explained each change and adjustment made. I am a very satisfied customer!

*** was AMAZING! I had another computer that finally died on me (over a decade old). I purchased another computer and was not able to move my information from one hard drive to another. Plus, I was having issues connecting my printer to the new computer. *** took care of EVERYTHING and answered my many many questions. He has a great sense of humor too and understood my needs. The price was super fare and affordable. If I could give 6 stars, I would. 5 stars will just have to do. Thank you again ***.

Had a problem with my desk top I could not fix. Called Karls and an appointment was set for the following day. ****** arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem in short order. A failing 10 year old SSD. At my request, ****** recommended a specific "box" which Amazon had for a very attractive price. The box arrived the following day (a Saturday). ****** arrived on Monday morning and within two hours the new box was set up and all files moved. Cannot say enough about ******** technical skills.
