****** came out twice to work on our POA computer. On the first trip, he diagnosed a dead hard drive. After copying the info from the old drive, he removed the hard drive and suggested a new computer that I purchased from Amazon. When I had the new computer, he came back, set up the new machine, and made sure all the data removed from the old machine ended up on the new. Excellent work. Caught the probability that my hard drive will crash in the near future. New hard drive was ordered from Amazon, which was delivered this morning to me. Also reviewed my computer for malware. This was required by my bank. Also did a check on my iPhone 13, it was all clear. There was a new employee with *******, that did a great job helping out. This is my computer company forward, and at 81, going forward may be shorter, than not! Oh, well, I don't have to worry about my computer and phone. **************

My desktop computer had lost its ability to install updates and was quite slow. Despite my purchase of an extended warranty the manufacturer was unable to guide me to a solution. ****************** recognized the problem immediately and in addition to fixing that problem he did a tune up which resulted in a dramatic increase in speed. I am totally satisfied with their service.

Karls Technology operates with no integrity. We utilized this company to determine if our laptop computer could be fixed. The technician that showed up, couldnt even open up the computer to determine if the hard drive could be saved to transfer to a new laptop. The technician that showed up after the first visit was suppose to show up for a 2nd visit. The technician ending up going awol and the next 3 appointments he never showed up. ****** and ******* came this morning to diagnose issues with my wi fi and resolved the problem which happened to be a coincidence with the failure of my wi fi adapter with the installation of a new high speed modem. They were completely professional and courteous. I was concerned about using them since I found them on ****** and never know if the reviews are valid or not. Reviews are accurate and I would definiteley recommend.

My laptop computer was running quite slow and I wasn't sure if it was a memory problem, virus, malware or something else. The technician, ******, did a thorough check and review of my system and determined it was a hardware issue associated with the age of my computer. ****** explained my options to rebuild my current system and also provided suggestions of computer models that would be a good fit should I choose to buy a new one. I am very pleased with this service.

*** diagnosed my HP printer issues and had the situation resolved in less than 15 minutes. *** was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Will use them again if ever needed.
