******** arrived as expected and communicated while on the way. He was Friendly and easy to deal with. He diagnosed the problem and assisted my daughter to set her computer back up. He also is helping us set our extra laptop back up and will return next Friday to complete this work. I Trust him and want to make sure he is the only tech we deal with. ***** (FAB) was almost perfect. He was quite a bit late which is probably an office scheduling problem and not his fault. The time he spent here was most productive and he was great with instructions and recommendations. He has a lot of patience. I hope that i will be able to get him as the repairman the next time I have a problem. He has a good disposition and is very courteous Thanks.

I also had sensitive information on my computer and he addressed concerns and questions with taking care of that information as well. I was using ********* Edge and when they did an update, my laptop could no longer access this account to get to my documents or my husband's favorite pages. ******* came to my rescue and got everything set up so i can now access these documents. I had two computers and none of them got fixed. First thing when I answered when speaking with the technician was how would you like to pay for the two hours rather than telling what was wrong with the computers. He told I need two new computers. I could have bought one of the the computers for what they were charging. He charged two hours and 254 dollars to tell me that.
